Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anticipa ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Anticipa. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

Description of Service

Anticipa is a predictive mental wellness platform that uses AI to help users anticipate anxiety triggers, track emotional patterns, and access evidence-based coping tools. The Service includes:

Pro Subscription

Billing

Pro plans are billed monthly ($3.99/mo) or annually ($31.99/yr). Charges are processed at the start of each billing period. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued except where required by law.

Free trial

Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Limitation of Liability

Anticipa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated predictions or recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anticipa Health, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
